    When I started uni and wound up taking a few graphic design classes, I knew that I’d have to give in and purchase the Adobe Creative Suite eventually. I’m on a very tight budget and at first wound up using the computer labs at the student centre instead of shelling out the £1,200 for the software. Eventually after saving up I was able to afford the full creative suite (standard version) myself. It was a bit painful to spend so much money on a software suite, but it was easy to buy the software straight from the Adobe UK website.

    Instead of choosing the physical disks I opted to download the various software straight from the Adobe website. The download took about two hours which wasn’t terrible for such large files. I could have opted to have them shipped with free delivery, but I had an assignment to work on that weekend so the instant download worked great. Although I use InDesign and Photososhop the most, the entire creative suite is brilliant and it’s helped me in my design programme immensely.
