My husband has golfed for nearly 20 years, and I never took an interest until my retirement earlier this year. Once I took the first lesson I was hooked and I quickly realised that I needed to outfit myself with all of the golf necessities in order to be serious about the sport. My husband directed me to the American Golf website, where he buys most of his golf gear, and I was very pleased with the shopping experience.

The website had loads to choose from and I was able to find everything I needed, including polos, skorts, capris and trousers, a visor, balls, gloves, tees and a package set including a pink (my favourite!) golf bag and clubs designed specially for ladies which were on sale. Delivery was free and I received all of my items within a few days. I’m sure that I will be shopping with American Golf again soon, especially as my skills in the game increase! The golf clubs I bought weren’t the most expensive ones and down the road I am guessing I’ll want to upgrade. The website had so many club options so I know that I’ll find something nice when the time comes.
