When my windscreen became chipped by a rock I instantly thought of Autoglass, probably from the catchy commercials they always play on the radio and telly. I remembered seeing that they offered windscreen chip repair, and knowing it could eventually turn into a full-blown crack I decided I best have them take care of it straight away. Once home I went to the Autoglass website and right on the home page there was a large image directing you to have your windscreen chip repaired. I simply had to click on an image as to where the chip was located, indicate the size of the chip from several selections (the images helped), point out whether it was in the driver’s line of vision and a few other questions. At the end it tells you whether or not they can repair your windscreen and how long it will take (they could for me – I’m guessing the other option is they’d have to replace it).

I could then select when and where I wanted the work to be done; I had no idea you could have them come to your home or work at no extra cost! I arranged them to pop over whilst I was at work, and the repair was done in about 30 minutes. Insurance totally covered it, too. Very happy with the service from Autoglass and would not hesitate to use them again!
