Had some issues with the online quote, 03 Jan 2012Review by RachelMaybe it was just my computer but the online quote form moved really slowly. It took so long I actually closed it out and came back to it later, because it was not moving to the next page. I thought their policies sounded good, but if the site doesn't work properly, that doesn't help me out, unfortunately. After several tries I gave up and called instead. Happy with my quote at least and I did end up purchasing a policy.

Even if your question is not listed you can type one in and it will likely have an answer straight away. They also had a really convenient summary of cover table that listed everything you could think of ranging from car to theft to accident transport and what falls under your policy.
Getting a car insurance quote online from Aviva was really fast. After filling out a brief form with my details, car information and so forth I received an instant quote on the screen. The quote was really affordable and after everything I read about Aviva’s coverage I was convinced and purchased the policy. I liked that with Aviva I could set up a monthly direct debit so I never have to worry about remembering to mail a bill (my old insurance only had pay by post and paying online cost extra).
