During my pregnancy and later, now during the first year of my daughter's life, I've used online stores to do most of my children-related shopping. There are so many great options out there to get everything you need in the way of furniture, equipment, toys and clothes in the same place in one simple transaction. I've bought from a number of these baby superstores and over all, I've made the decision that Bambino Direct is my favourite. While most stores offer the standard brands and IT products of the moment, Bambino Direct has these plus other, more personal and unique designs. I got a beautiful crib for my daughter from Bambino Direct, for example, that I couldn't find anywhere else. I think over all the products are just that tiny bit nicer to look at and when I was kitting out my nursery I found that I kept going back over and over again. The delivery was free on each one of my orders (all of them were over £50) and I got a free toy with my latest order too. Delivery is quick and stress free and I've never had to contact the site with a problem before. Overall, a very good service!

Bambino Direct has everything you could possibly need for your nursery and beyond. The home page always h as featured products and I usually give whatever is on there a quick look, although I admit the home page is slightly cluttered and sometimes feels overwhelming with so much going on at once. I like the “shop in a shop” function where they list some top brands and you can search through the special Chicco, Bugaboo or Silver Cross shops on the site. I’ve noticed this on other baby websites but the Silver Cross products do not show prices, you must call Bambino Direct or click on a button to send an e-mail requesting the price. I really wanted the Silver Cross Sleepover Deluxe and wound up buying it, but the added step of having to send an e-mail to get the price was annoying when all I wanted to do was click and order.

Delivery is free on orders over 75 pounds, and usually I do spend that much, but sometimes when you only need one smaller item it’s a bit annoying to have to pay for delivery charges. I’ve been really pleased with their products and pricing but think with a few small changes, the site would be even better!
