Although Base.com sells nearly everything you could want to buy online at a nice discount, I typically buy toys, household and sport items. Base does sell clothing but their selection is quite limited so I stick to their other categories. I love that delivery is free on anything to the UK! Paying delivery costs really frustrates me so this is one of the best things about the Base website. They also run loads of promotions and competitions so if you follow them on Facebook or sign up for e-mails you can usually always save some extra money on your order.

Recently my son was begging for some sort of new Wii game and whilst I was on the Base website looking for some garden items I decided to look for the game. I was happy with the price (a few pounds lower than I’d seen elsewhere) so I went ahead and ordered the game along with lawn shears, a new hose and a barbecue cover.
