I ignored the fact that this site only sells adventure gear for men and boys – it is 2011 after all, guys, where’s the women’s lineup? As I said, I ignored it because my husband likes the brand, and my son really wanted matching tees for he and his dad. I found two different t-shirts here for both of them so they could match on their hikes up to castle ruins, which they like to do at weekends. I think the brand can be bit pricey at times, but I found these on special and I was thrilled with the deal.

Preparing for a camping weekend I went to the Bear Grylls website to buy some new outdoor appropriate clothing for my husband and daughter. They had a good variety of tee shirts, shorts, trousers, fleeces and such for outdoor wear so I knew that I’d find what we needed for camp. The kids’ version of the Beartrek micro fleece looked really nice so I selected one in blue and then chose the bear basecamp fleece for my husband. The prices were practically half-off, which was great. Whilst I was there I happened to see the kids’ bear original trousers and with UPF 40 and being light weight I thought they’d be great for our trip. Everything arrived in less than five days and once my daughter and husband tried on their clothing the fit was really nice, luckily (I hate having to make returns to websites).

I only wish they carried women’s clothing; I am not quite sure why they only choose to sell men’s and children’s items, so I had to find my essentials elsewhere. It would have been nice to buy everything for the whole family in one place.
