When it comes to swimwear it's more like a nightmare, so ordering online is a much better option for me than going to a store and feeling awful about myself. I ordered a tankini from Bravissimo on the recommendation of a good friend and I'm glad I did although initially I had some fit problems. The site is nice to look at and the photography is great, everything looks very well made and flattering for a larger bust. I actually had a difficult time choosing just one swimsuit so I bought two. Unfortunately the first was too small in the chest and it had to be sent back. Not too much hassle all things considered, and I just had to wait for a new one to arrive. Since then, I've been shopping online at Bravissimo for all my underwear, swimwear and nightwear. I can't get enough! The website is clear and easy to get around - ordering takes under five minutes, though it may take you longer to decide what you like!

The highlight of the website for me is the online fitting service, which has been quite useful in helping me make my purchases. There are pages of helpful tips and even a short video shoppers can watch to make sure their size is correct. I use this video often to make sure I'm still wearing the right size. If you have any problems Bravissimo provide a phone number you can call for any extra questions. I have used this service in the past and the assistants are great at pointing out any sizing issues with different designs so you know whether to upsize or downsize when buying which minimizes the need to return or exchange.

I usually buy in the end of season sales because the reductions are great. Sometimes the full price is a bit high for me. The only problem with the sales is you have to make sure you get in early because they sell quickly and often I've found only very big or small sizes are left.

I have bought and do buy my underwear at other stores too, but I keep returning to Bravissimo. The fitting and customer services are the best out there.

I was in need of some new bras and knickers and went to the Bravissimo site to buy some today. I had no idea there was a summer sale on so it was a pleasant surprise that I was able to stock up and buy everything for a song. I picked out some lovely lace bras and knickers in bright colours and a swimsuit as well (might as well buy it whilst it's cheap still). The cost of it all was under 150 quid which was fantastic for me and now I don't have to go in the shops trying on bras (the worst!) Great site and I'll be back again soon.

As a large chested woman, finding a bra with a proper fit is a nightmare. I’d been wearing a 38D for years, and never felt my breasts were well supported. One of my plus size girlfriends shops with Bravissimo and told me I needed to go to their website straight away.

It turns out I should have gone up to a E, but down in the actual number to a 34.
