British Airways Promotional Codes

British Airways is the flagship national airline of the UK, and the largest in terms of fleet size and global coverage. Established in 1974, British Airways initially began as a state-run company following the amalgamation of several formerly nationalised airlines. Together, they would eventually form the world's largest privatised airline, and the flag carrier of the UK offering flights to over 170 destinations in 80 countries around the globe. British Airways' primary hubs are situated at London Gatwick and Heathrow, however, the airline also offers national and European flights from major cities in the North, such as Manchester and Glasgow, at rates to rival even the cheapest budget airlines. A leading choice for long-haul flights from the UK, B.A offers competitive rates across its four cabin classes, as well as discounted prices when booking inter-Europe flights in advance. As the founder of the oneworld alliance, B.A also operates a generous reward scheme for frequent fliers known as the Executive Club Frequent Flyer Programme. Each time you fly with B.A, you'll earn Avios points, redeemable on flights to over 150 global destinations.. British Airways Customer Reviews

Great flights, but ticket mixup was upsetting

Booked my tickets from London to Hyderabad on BA and found the flight to be comfortable, the flight attendants were great and the far quite reasonable as compared to other airlines. However my booking was somehow amended accidentally by BA and on the way home the agent at the airport told me I did not have a ticket!! After showing my confirmation number and email print out it was clear I did book the flights but it took nearly 30 minutes of them fussing about with the system and they had to re-issue my ticket, causing me to nearly miss the flight. Not very happy about this mixup but overall the flights were fine, and I've never had issues with BA in the past so I will continue to fly with them. The one positive is that the agents who worked to fix the problem were extremely apologetic and once my flight was sorted I got an upgrade, which was the least they could do.

BA is it still an airline to use

I've been lucky this year and travelled to the far east, Oz, Barbados as well as New York and I'm sad to say that a big % of the flights were with BA, I'm sorry but I think that BA (basic Airways as it should be called) is nowhere where it was, other countries and airlines would look at BA as the airline to beat, who set the standards for the rest to try and follow but now I would say its a shell of what it was. If the price is right then use them if not the stay away.

Reasonable tickets to the States

I just flew to Philadelphia to visit family for the holidays and was happy that the flight didn't cost as much as I expected. I'd been checking the BA site for ages and finally when I saw a fare sale I went and booked - glad I did, because a week later the prices were sky high, not to use a pun. Their site is always well organised and simple to use, so I appreciate the hassle free booking. No issues on the flights themselves, was definitely a pleasure to fly again with BA.
