G-Shock watch is fab, but returns policy disappointing, 04 Nov 2011Review by Austin24My daughter wanted a G-shock watch for her birthday, so I went on the Casio website to check them out. There were so many different styles, I had no idea which one she wanted, so I opted for "Crazy Colours" in pink since that seemed like the obvious choice. Ordered it from their site with zero issues and it arrived within 5 or so days. Well, I was wrong. She wanted the yellow one (huh?) so I needed to place a return. It was a bit annoying, as I had to ring the returns department first, then fill out a form and post it back to them. The return wasn't free, so that also was disappointing. I got the replacement watch, and everything is fine. My daughter loves it, so that's all that matters I suppose.
