I'd been ordering my shirts from another site and then decided to try Charles Tyrwhitt after my brother mentioned he got a great suit there. I'm really pleased with the experience and glad he told me about them, since we don't have a store nearby. They were running a 4 shirts for £100 offer, so I chose 4 different colours and hoped for the best. I wasn't sure which fit to choose, since they offer classic, slim and tailored and you never know from brand to brand how they'll work, but the slim worked just fine, and I have to say I'm happy with the quality. I have bought Charles Tyrwhitt shirts in the high street before and I have paid a lot more than I have by buying them on the site. One of the main problems that I have with buying online is that I am quite large but short to go with it and for that reason sizing is a definite issue.
I have been on ctshirts.co.uk and what I have found useful is the live chat system they have that I used when I had to query in more detail the sizing of the shirt. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have my size (48” short ) in a tuxedo jacket as they were out of stock at the time otherwise I would have bought through the site as I am really happy with the quality.
I have often had a problem trying things on in shops too as I don’t feel comfortable going through the process in shops especially in men’s outfitters when some guy tends to start taking over and getting their tape out, it’s just not me. I will definitely buy from the site again as you get the feel of a high end product without paying the high end prices and my experience of ctshirts.co.uk customers services and sales has been excellent. I would have given them a five star rating if they had my jacket size but who knows they may have it for my next cruise.
