Why didn't this idea pop up earlier?, 19 Jul 2011Review by Veronica SI get tired of not being able to find the 3M products I want in town. I love this brand and ever since the stationers in town closed, I’ve been unable to get all my favourites from 3M locally. I don’t know why I didn’t think of going directly to 3M earlier. It makes perfect sense. I’m so girly and so in love with my post-it notes that I actually bought the dispenser handbag in black and showcase it proudly on our hall table. It’s easy to shop here, and I always find everything I need at a good price.

Great customer service from 3M Select, 27 Jun 2011Review by Christina C.I’ve been ordering my office’s supplies through 3M Select for the past two years and have been quite pleased with the level of service and the quality of products. We go through Post-it notes like water, so it seems I am always re-ordering them. Whenever I place my office supply order with 3M Select the products arrive very quickly, which is important since it seems I always wait until the last possible moment to re-order.
On a personal note, my husband recently set up a home office and we were able to buy everything from a notice board to Scotch tape from 3M Select. I’ve purchased DIY products such as blue painter’s tape and Command hooks for my home as well.
I also appreciate that the website has a live chat help representative. If I have questions I can simply chat online instead of phoning. No one wants to listen to hold music, so this is a nice extra. The only time I had an issue (received the wrong size of Post-its) the 3M customer service was excellent and replacement notes were sent immediately.
