I was in charge of booking a meeting space for my company's annual conference, and I was a bit intimidated as I've never done this before. I liked how you could choose options (I selected 'occasional planner' for the non-professional) and they walked you right through how to go about planning your event online. I was able to find a hotel in Manchester with all of the requirements my boss laid out and I could view all of the floor plans right on my computer. Their event coordinator at the property was fantastic in helping me along the way!
