After having worked out for over a year I still had not quite built the bulk I was looking for. My friends recommended I get myself a good protein supplement to help pick up some weight and I searched high and low before finally deciding on which product to use. Another small niggle is that the taste was not exactly appealing. My friends tell me this is just the norm and while some companies do try to add decent flavorings in the end it is the results that matter and not the taste.
So all together a great product and service but I do feel that some more details should be made available for people who are not so experienced with taking supplements.
