Disney Store Customer Reviews
This site saved my hide. I went to DisneylandParis a few weeks back, and I forgot to get a small pressie for my nephew. When I realized my mistake, I freaked out. I didn’t know where to find a Disney shop locally, but I luckily found it online. Phew! I ordered him a cool Mickey Mouse t-shirt and a Pirates of the Caribbean Battle Pack. I did have to pay a bit for delivery, because I hadn’t spent £75, but I decided that was a small price to pay in order to avoid being labeled a horrible uncle. The items arrived before my next visit with my nephew, and he was thrilled to bits with both. I’m luck Disney had a way for me to cover my tracks. The site was easy to use, and I was really pleased with the service, even if it was helping me to be slightly dishonest.
For princess lovers, there can be no better place to shop for pressies, right? That’s why I started here when I found out my niece really wanted a new princess costume for her birthday. I opted for the reversible Sleeping Beauty costume, which allows her to wear the pink or blue sides to gorgeous effect (I also thought it might last longer have two sides just in case of juice spills or ketchup stains). My niece was thrilled, and when she learned that it came from the Disney store, her eyes lit up. “That’s the shop mummy won’t take me in,” she said. I can’t say I blame my sister in law – if she went in, she’d never get out (she has three kids), but her favourite aunt is happy to go online and do her bidding.
My son's birthday is this weekend and he's having a Cars 2 themed party, so I went to the Disney Store site to pick up some things for his b-day do, as well as his gifts. They had a large photo on the home page of Cars so I found everything I wanted really quickly, including the remote control Lightning McQueen. I was excited to see they had a Cars racing costume, which I thought he'd get a kick out of wearing at the party, so I went and bought one of those as well. I got free shipping and didn't have to sneak out to the shops when my husband got home from work and try to hide the gifts, so that was a bonus!
The Disney Store is my number one stop for gifts. Obviously, it's not the same for everyone, but I have a whole lot of people in my life who appreciate the art and entertainment that Disney brings to the world. I have a niece and a nephew who are 4 and 6 respectively and they are both Disney mad. For their birthdays the Disney Store is my first stop. Weirdly, the same process works for their mum! I've ordered with Disney Store between 5 and 10 time in the last 2 years and I've never been disappointed. Although I kid of begrudge having to pay for postage because my orders are never high enough - I guess I should learn to buy in bulk! I'm happy with the cost of the products and think they are great value for money and I like the website because it is clear and with an account it's very quick to order. My deliveries also never take longer than 4 days, so that's pretty good!
