Eden Project Shop Customer Reviews

Solved my gifting dilemma quickly

I was at a loss about what to buy for my daughter in law's birthday, but luckily my son mentioned that she likes to shop on Eden Project Shop's site. I looked through and found a great coffee hamper filled with goodies, and she's a massive coffee fan, so I think she'll like it. It was quite easy to sort the gift and I'm sure I'll be back since I spotted a few roses I'd like to plant next year in my garden!

Made my mum's Valentine's Day more special with a hamper

I've recently been turned on to Eden Project Shop through a friend at work and can't say enough about the site. I appreciate they have eco-friendly products and the prices and selection are fantastic as well. I just ordered my mum's gift last week for Valentine's Day and she called to say it arrived - she was so touched. My mum doesn't drink, so sometimes it's hard to find a nice hamper since most of them include bubbly or wine. Luckily I found a pamper hamper (cute name!) from Eden and it included lavender soap, a candle, moisturiser, etc. etc. Mum said the wicker basket was so lovely she plans to use it come summer time for picnics with the grandkids. It was only £32.50, so I didn't have to put out loads of money to make mum smile. Plus it lasts loads longer than flowers!

Shopping Tips for Eden Project Shop

Offers and Deals for You

Free Delivery

Whenever you spend £50+ with the Eden Project Shop, your order will be delivered free of charge within most of the mainland UK, except in extremely remote areas. Standard delivery on orders less than £50 is £2.75. So if your order falls just short of the free delivery mark, it could work out cheaper for you to treat yourself to a home accessory or some gourmet food and drink so that your total order adds up to at least £50 and qualifies for free delivery.

Kids, Carers and Blue Peter Badge Holders Go Free

All children aged under four, one carer per disabled visitor and one Blue Peter badge holder aged 6-15 per one full-paying adult can visit the Eden Project totally free of charge. So if you need an activity to keep a group of children entertained or want to take the person you’re caring for on a special day out, a trip to the Eden Project could easily work out one of your cheapest options.

Discounted Eden Project tickets

Buy your Eden Project tickets online before you go and you’ll save yourself a small fortune. Visit for one day within the next fortnight and you’ll save 10% by booking a ‘flexi advance ticket’ online. But if you plan ahead and book the ‘dated advance ticket’ at least 14 days before you go, you’ll get at least a 20% discount. If you’re going to visit the Eden Project several times throughout the year, your cheapest option is to select ‘donate your entry fee’ at the checkout. This way you’ll get a free annual pass, plus a single ticket. If you decided not to get your free annual pass online, you can still convert your single ticket into an annual pass at the kiosks onsite.

Green Travel Discount

Another way to get discounted Eden Project tickets is to walk, cycle or take public transport there. When you travel by one of these green methods, you’ll be able to buy discounted tickets at the door on the day which work out the same price as the ‘dated advance tickets’, except the 5-16 year old child’s ticket, which actually costs £1.20 less this way. If you’re travelling via public transport, you need to present your rail or bus ticket at the ticket window.

Half Price Discount

If you’re unemployed, claiming Job Seeker’s Allowance, income support, employment support allowance or incapacity benefit, you get a half price discount when you buy your Eden Project ticket at the door on the day. To claim the discount, provide evidence of your status with the ES40 signing-on card for Job Seeker’s Allowance or a letter dated within six months of your visit for the other supports and benefits.
