I was thinking about upgrading my treadmill, but I’d heard wonderful things about Vibration Plates. This site carries them and has detailed descriptions of them. They are a similar price to treadmills, so they are a bit costly, but they’re supposed to be fantastic. Well, the long and short of it is that I ordered one of the less expensive plates and I love it. I really love it. Fitness Options delivered the plate for free, installed it and provided detailed information about working out on it. The whole process could not have been easier, and I love the results I’m seeing from my Vibration Plate. It’s fantastic.
