I was on Freemans.com buying some new clothes and knickers and spotted a photo with Christmas ideas. I know it's only October, but I like to get my gifts sorted early. When I saw the Mamas & Papas Vespa I knew I had to get it for my grandsons, aged 5 and 6. At 299 quid it wasn't cheap, but I know they'll get loads of use out of it. My daughter might kill me, but I know the kids will love it!! Plus I was able to use my Freemans flex account, so the initial shock of the £300 isn't so bad :)

Freemans offers a little bit of everything at the click of a mouse. I buy clothes, lingerie and small electrical appliances here. In fact, I make a point of waiting until I need a few different types of things in order to order them in one go from Freemans. Delivery is free, except on really big items, so that’s great as well. So far, I’ve been really pleased with the quality and service. And the website is so easy to use that I keep coming back to it again and again.

I’ve been a Freemans customer for years and used to shop via catalogue, but now their website makes it quick and easy to place an order. Typically I buy clothing and home items but I’ve also purchased gifts for my grandchildren.

One feature I really enjoyed was the occasionwear section with videos to help women find the right outfit for their body type. My youngest son’s wedding is in August so I’ve been hunting for a dress and wound up purchasing a lovely sequined gown from Freemans.

Their flex account is really great because you are able to pay off your purchases in different ways each month. Usually I opt for the no-interest choice and pay my bill off in full by the end of the period, but sometimes if you’re in a fix and can’t afford to pay much one month, it’s nice to have the minimum payment choice as well.

I also appreciate the free delivery and returns, since there’s always the chance that your clothing won’t fit perfectly. My items always arrive in a reasonable time frame and the few times I’ve needed to make a return, the process was hassle free. I’ll continue to be a loyal Freemans customer!
