It feels like forever since I’ve been able to get out and do a bit of bargain hunting. Well, it’s only been 3 weeks, but it seems like forever. My little boy arrived on the 17th August and he’s a happy healthy baby, but with the recovery from the C section it’s been a little slow I’ve been out of the action until today.

My mum and I decided to take a trip into town and have a wander around the charity shops and see what we could find. I’m in the need of jeans as I’ve been living in maternity jeans which I no longer need and my jeans from before no longer fit. So, I decided to raid the charity shops and see what I could get. My search didn’t start off great as the first 3 shops didn’t have anything. But it soon picked up and I found 5 pairs altogether for less than £20, including a very nice pair of Ted Baker jeans that sell for £99. I paid just £3.99. I found them tucked away in the men’s section, as they had been mistaken for men’s as the size said 34. So whoever put them out assumed they were men’s and not ladies. That just goes to show you have to look everywhere in a charity shop, as you never know where you will find a bargain.

The next bargain we found was in Boots. They had Ted Baker Eau de Toilette Handbag Sprays in various scents reduced from £15 to just £3.50. My mum and I had fun testing all the scents, although we did smell a little overpowering after picking which ones we wanted.

I spotted a great Christmas bargain as well. If you have any Paw Patrol fans, I came across this on The Entertainer Toy Shops website.

This play set is bigger than it appears and it is 50% off now, just £14.99. A great price for a Paw Patrol item. You can do a free click and collect to your nearest store, or if like me you don’t have one close you can have it delivered for an extra £3.99. I thought it was great for Jaxon for Christmas, so I ordered one to put away.
