GAP Customer Reviews
I love seeing little kids dressed in Gap clothes, so when I realized I could easily order from the website, I was thrilled. I love the brand for myself as well, and I often order trousers and tops from Gap. But for me the highlight is the kids’ clothing. I order two or three outfits for my two girls every six months or so. It’s my way of updating their wardrobe and bribing them to do what I ask around the house – it seems to work. The little dresses on offer are brilliant – the colours are so vibrant. The site is easy to read and find things on, and the photos show each of the products in great detail. Really a good shopping experience.
I love the Gap. Their clothes make me feel good, it’s that simple. The problem, however, is that my closest Gap is nearly an hour away, so I have to be reasonable and shop online instead. I prefer the site in some ways, because the stock is always plentiful, but I miss being able to try things on. I get most of my t-shirts, jeans and sweaters here with two orders a year, and I have yet to need to return anything. I do have to pay for delivery, which is annoying, but I still think it beats driving an hour.
I ordered a chunky long cardi coat for my daughter and some great value on sale bootcut 1969 jeans online on a Saturday -they had arrived by the Monday - excellent fast online service from GAP EU - well worth the £4 delivery given current fuel and parking prices if you go out shopping! Would definitely use the site again.
Just ordered a few things for Christmas and was pleased with the experience. Used a 30% off code which was nice, and I got myself a few jumpers, a pair of jeans, and a cardi, along with tshirts and a cardi for my girls. Considering all of the things I bought, the prices weren't that bad. The site's easy to use, and it beats dealing with the crowds at the store, since the closest to me is right on Oxford St and is always a hassle to wait in line and push your way through the shop. I've never had a problem ordering with them online, and will continue to do so!
