There are two things in life that I hate paying for, bad service and car insurance. All too often I have insured my car with a company that ends up inflating my insurance premiums to make up for all of those drivers out there who do not care enough to drive carefully. That was until I found John Lewis. Not only are their premiums some of the lowest in the industry but they are even willing to give up to 75% discount on those for people who have a great no claims history. While I do not myself qualify for the full discount I did receive a great price for the two years I have not claimed.

It is not just about the money either, John Lewis have a great range of extras that come as standard with their insurance premiums. Take for example the car replacement offer, if your car ever needs to go in to the workshop to be fixed they will provide you with a courtesy car for up to 21 days so you can still go about your day to day life.
Oh and how about the added bonus of being covered in Europe for 90 days? My family and I like to travel to France for the summer so knowing that our car is still fully insured there is a great help in taking away some of that holiday stress.

All in all I have never had a problem with the service delivery of John Lewis but I reserve the right not to give a perfect rating as of yet, because quite simply I still do not enjoy paying for car insurance though I know it is essential. That being said if I had to insure another vehicle or had to recommend a company to someone else I would definitely choose John Lewis.
