I signed up with them online earlier this year and paid my policy all at once, not thinking much about it afterward. Last month someone broke a window and slipped into our house whilst we were on holiday. Luckily neighbours spotted them and rang the police, so he didn't get away with much. Our contents policy was a lifesaver in this situation, and we were able to buy a new laptop to replace our stolen one, as well as the broken window. Working with the insurance company was hassle free and they were really kind and helpful to us during a time when I was obviously very shaken. Very happy we went with John Lewis for our home insurance and I would highly recommend to others.
