Find the puzzle for you

Browse the Happy Puzzle website using the menu bar that runs along the top of the homepage. Hover over your chosen category to view a drop down menu to help you refine your search. Don’t miss the content on the homepage though as this is where you’ll find top deals, best sellers and special offers!

Once you have found the item you would like to buy, click on to its product page for more info. Simply click the “Add to Basket” button to move forward with your purchase.

Grab your promotional code

A box will pop out from the top right corner of the site confirming that your item has been added to your basket. Click the “Checkout” button if you are ready to pay for your item. Now, in a new tab or window, open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/happy-puzzle and find a code you would like to use. Reveal the code by clicking the “view code & open site” button. Copy the code when it appears.

Apply your code for a discount

Back in your basket at The Happy Puzzle Company, find the field labeled “Offer/Catalogue code” which should be visible under your sub-total. Paste your code into that box and click the “Use Code” button. Your page will refresh and your discount should be visible from your order total. Click “Checkout” to move forward.

Enter some personal details

Next, you will need to click the “Create account” button below the “I am a new customer” heading. Complete the fields relating to your contact and delivery preferences when prompted being careful with the ones marked with an asterisk (*) as these are mandatory. Once you have complete all the fields on each page, you will be returned to the shopping basket page where you will need to click “Checkout” again.

Pay and complete your order

Select from any applicable options when prompted and click to continue at the bottom of the page. Check the details of your order and click to agree to the company Ts&Cs. Click “Confirm Order”. You will be forwarded to an independent website to enter your payment details. When you have completed them you will returned to the Happy Puzzle Company website where you will see confirmation of your order. Congratulations, now sit back and wait for it to arrive!

    Let me start off by saying that my son is a bit strange! He isn't into the same sort of things his friends are and it's hard to find things to occupy him. He isn't technology friendly, so when his classmates can be seen tapping away on their parents iPhone or playing against each other on their 3DSs, it can be hard to find him something for him to do. He likes to read but no one wants to do that all the time, so I had a thought that puzzles might be the thing for him. I love The Happy Puzzle Company (who I found through intensive Googling) because they have several different type of puzzles and they have a whole website dedicated to it which means their stock is varied and challenging for Ben. Most websites I've bought for before are sort of weird/quirky gift type websites with only a small section for puzzles. Happy Puzzle stock schools too so I knew that they had the right products to help Ben have fun and learn too. I've ordered from them countless times now, and I've never been disappointed or even surprised by what I got. The pictures on the website are accurate and the shipping and ordering process is easy. It barely takes minutes. I bought him the Amazing Clock Kit for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. I totally recommend the store to mums everywhere - clever and quiet kids, brilliant!!
