How to Use Hilton Promotional Codes

Book a room at a Hilton!

Log on to the Hilton Hotels & Resorts website and browse their hotels and packages to find the right one for you. Booking couldn’t be simpler and you can even sign up to an email newsletter to keep you in the loop about any Hilton deals and offers.

Enter your details

Find your way around the Hilton website by using the navigation bar to find any information about a potential stay you may need. To book a hotel though, use the green box on the right of the screen. Complete the field asking for a location with a city or airport code if you have one. Complete the dates of your stay and click the box if your dates are flexible. Complete the other fields and click the “Add special rate codes” link.

Grab a code

In a new tab or window open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/hilton. Find a code you would like to use and click the “view code and open site” button to reveal it. Copy the code and head back to the Hilton website.

Apply your code and find a hotel!

Back in the booking form, find the field marked “Promotion code”. Paste the code you copied into that field and click the ‘Find hotels” button.

Select a hotel & room

You will now be provided with a list of hotels which meet your booking requirements. Scroll through the list and pick a hotel of your choice. Click the green “Book” button below the listed price. You will now be able to see the list of rooms types which are available. Select your choice from the options available and choose your package (under the Basic Rates tab of each room). Click “Select” to move forward.

Enter some personal details and pay

On the next page you will be asked to complete some personal details in order to complete your booking. Complete all the fields and click continue at the bottom of the page to move forward. Next, you will be required to enter your payment details so a deposit can be taken. Enter these details, read through the Hitlon policies below and agree to the Ts&Cs of your booking. Click “Book reservation” to complete your booking. You will be forward to a confirmation page – congratulations, you’re all done!

    Whenever I need to go out of town for a business trip, or when I'm going on holiday with family to a particularly touristy place, I usually go ahead and book a Hilton hotel. I was lucky enough to stay at the Hilton in Manhattan when I was recently in New York on business and you really can't fault them for ease, reliability and comfort. It's important to note that they don't have a lot of personality so it's unlikely a stay in a Hilton will really make or break your trip, but when it's more about the location or your tasks when you're there, a Hilton is really hard to beat. They are always clean, well staffed and roomy. The facilities are functional and if there is a problem with anything (for example the aircon in my room wasn't working on arrival in NY) the staff do everything they can to fix it for you quickly and with considerable apologies.

    I always book online and have never yet run into a problem. I like that the website gives you a selection of hotels to choose from and a selection of packages so you can opt in or out of breakfast and dinner. The booking process is simple and quick and even on the first occasion I used it, took me no longer than 10 minutes from start to finish. With a promotion/discount code too the prices become more reasonable. I intend to keep using Hiltons for time to come. The ease in booking and in experience outweighs the price associated with the name for me everytime.

    I travel more often than I'd like for business and I almost always stay at a Hilton property. When you're travelling to a foreign country it's nice to have the peace of mind that you can expect a clean, comfortable and quality property. Their website is fairly straightforward to use and I've never had any problems with my bookings. Recently I was able to use a 35% off voucher plus I had earned enough Hhonors points that I received an upgrade on my room in Paris. The stay was lovely and the hotel was quite close to my meetings so I could walk everywhere. Very happy with the experience and of course I'll continue to stay with Hilton.
