Hotels4U Customer Reviews
At first I really worried about having to print off a voucher to hand in to the hotel reception in case I didn’t have the right documents. I had never booked my own holiday accommodation separately and was a little nervous about not having everything done for me from the airport but I can honestly say that I will be doing it again every time I book from now on.
Instead of limiting myself to the hotels on offer in the package holidays I was able to have a much better choice of hotel and room. I selected one with a pool view (an option that was not available on other websites) which I wanted so that I could keep an eye on my teenage sons while relaxing in the shade and not having to be up at the crack of dawn to put a towel on a sun lounger. I could also tailor my board package and found much more all inclusive options than I thought existed.
My main worry though was hearing all the horror stories about companies going bust or not paying the hotel and I will admit I was a little concerned that I had to print out an accommodation voucher rather than have a rep meet me at the airport and usher me through the check-in process. The fact that Hotels4u.com is part of Thomas Cook set my mind at ease and my fears were unfounded as everything went very smoothly. Everything seemed second nature to the reception staff as they are obviously more at home with this voucher system than I am.
The money I saved by booking through hotels4u.com meant that I could afford an extra excursion that I hadn’t planned so I will definitely use the site again.
I'm always looking for a deal on hotel rooms but I want to use a site that's reputable; you never know what it comes to these fly by night travel companies. When I heard about Hotels4u last year I wanted to give it a go since it was part of Thomas Cook. It worked out just fine, and I got a great deal on my resort in Mallorca. I like how you can choose from city hotels, beach hotels, all-inclusive and so on right from the top navigation. If you're not sure of where to go it's good to get ideas that way. Today I booked a holiday with them to Portugal and the price was fantastic. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great holiday hotel for less.
Hotels4u is a really great website to get an overview of what accommodation is available to you when you're going on holiday. Out of all the websites I've used to book holidays over the years Hotels4u is the cheapest one I've found - without sacrificing on quality. I've booked with them 5 times over the past 2 years and havent been disappointed yet. My last holiday was in Majorca and I had a beautiful hotel that Hotels4u had recommended to me. When I was there I saw the booking rates and Hotels4u had saved me a big slice of cash. I love the way it's laid out and everything is very easy to find - plus you just print off your booking and take it with you as a ticket. Couldn't be easier!
I was really surprised when my sister told me what she paid on her hotel for a short break to Istanbul, so I went over to Hotels4U to check out the deals myself. She wasn't joking - it was at least 300 quid less than I'd expect to pay for a 3 night stay and our hotel even included breakfast. Definitely would book again with Hotels4U, I think I've got a new favourite travel site!
