Good bed ruined by rubbish customer service., 23 Aug 2011Review by MFYGI recently purchased a Sleepy Valley Oakham - 4ft 6 Double from Ideal Home Store, and the bed itself came and seem of a very solid nature. However some of the parts did not correctly align so I reported them and was told new ones would be sent out. Following being given two separate delivery dates, cancelling a trip away to wait for them, and not receiving the replacement items, the low standard of customer service led me to return the bed. They did not follow up on my inquiries, have a premium rate number that you have to call and generally did not appear to understand the inconvenience they had (and wanted to continue) to cause me. I would not recommend the company.
