I bought a wine and cheese, mid-sized hamper for a client as a way of saying thank you for your custom last Christmas. The process was easy to get through - perhaps more simple than on other sites where you're ordering a gift to go directly to someone, or maybe that's just me - and the whole process including choosing the gift took me less than 15 minutes. The client got the hamper and seemed very pleased with it, so I was pleased with my experience. I like to send small gifts to my daughters on Valentines Day, just as a little gesture, so a few months after I'd ordered my first hamper I logged on again to take a look around. There were some nice hampers on offer and I was very pleased with the apparent quality and variety of the gifts available to pick. I chose them each (there are 3 of them) a small hamper and ordered them all to go to the correct addresses, again it didn't take me long. The hampers arrived as planned and 2 out of 3 daughters were overjoyed by the arrival of them. The third, although grateful, said the quality of the hamper wasn't particularly good. That having been said, she still enjoyed it and seemed to be more than willing to receive another should the notion strike me. I took that to mean she was just being fussy. I would whole-heartedly recommend them as a gift buying site.

I ordered over 20 hampers. Some of them didn't even get delivered and I'm still waiting for a 600 pound refund for nearly a year now. After numerous emails and call, nothing has been received. They are not trustworthy and should not be used.
