We're gathering the whole family up to spend a week away in Ireland for Christmas and I'm really excited about it. I was put in charge of the house hunt, so I went on Imagine Ireland to find a cottage. We wanted to stay close to the Carlingford area and there were 5 or so properties to choose from. I was hoping for more choices at first, but I ended up really liking three of them so I suppose it was best to have a smaller pool or I would've been tearing my hair out to make a decision. Lots of info for each home and photos, etc, so that was great and we could sort the booking right online instead of having to contact the holiday homeowner directly (loved that). We were even able to add our ferry on straight from the online booking.

My family wanted to take a vacation with all of the grandkids to Ireland, and renting a holiday home seemed like the best option. Imagine Ireland was brilliant and they had loads of options to choose from - beach cottages, pet friendly, good for families etc. You can then click on a map and choose the exact location. It really couldn't have been easier. We found a great cottage right by the sea in county Kerry. When we arrived it was clear the photos on the website were accurate and everything was immaculately clean. I would recommend Imagine Ireland very highly if you're looking for a holiday home to rent.
