Feeling like fitness might just be possible, 01 Aug 2011Review by SidneyI count on summer to curb my appetite, but this summer doesn’t seem to be cutting it. Perhaps it’s too cold. I don’t know, but the winter weight is being added to rather than subtracted, and I need help. So I visited this site and was encouraged immediately. It tells me I can still get fit this summer. Yeah! That’s a good start. I was able to meet a trainer online, find my local gym and get a good idea of what the workouts will entail. I’m feeling really energised just by visiting the website. I can’t wait for the real thing.

Everyone deserves to feel fit like this, 13 Jul 2011Review by Johanna SadockAfter the birth of my two rather large babies, I really wanted to lose weight and feel great again. I succeeded in losing the weight, to the tune of about four stone in about two years, but I found the weight loss left me more wobbly than before. I needed to tone up, and my walks round the village weren’t gonna cut it. A friend recommended I get a trainer at the local LA Fitness. At first I hesitated, but after looking at the website, I figured I had nothing to be ashamed about: I want to be fitter, so I’m doing something about it. And I have. And I feel great.

Lafitness is great, 10 May 2011Review by Samuel S. RobertsI like the club. It's clean and very spacious with lots of equipments. The classes are also suberb. The only set back is that you cannot take a family on the spare of the moment to work out without the trouble of paying a fee if you do not have a pass. I think every member should be allow to bring a guest at any time without the gurst priviledges. Maybe they get more business that way. The member has already done the "word of Adversistment"for you. Hello.
