Leisure Vouchers Customer Reviews
I was looking for a farewell gift for my intern, and wanted something she could use to relax and enjoy herself. I was a bit confused about how Leisure Vouchers worked, and when I went on their website it didn't help much. I went to click on "ideas by value" and it listed all sorts of vouchers by price, but you couldn't click on any of them, it was just a list. When I went to "order vouchers" you can buy them by different amounts, but it didn't explain anything - where can I use them? Eventually I found the tab on the home page that said "how to enjoy" and it still didn't really explain things properly, but listed all of the logos of places where you can use the vouchers. Then I realised you had to buy vouchers in an amount, and they can be redeemed at these partners. There aren't that many partners, though, and honestly I wasn't sure my 18 year old intern would go to any of those places, so I opted not to buy any.
The idea is a good one, but I feel they could build a larger base of places to use the vouchers. I'd check their site again when I need a gift for a colleague, as they did have Marriott and some other nice brands that a more adult colleague would enjoy.
As an executive assistant I enjoy using Leisure Vouchers because their customer service is great, and they provide us with a nice bonus for employees. I order vouchers from them to use as gifts for doing a good job, for the holidays and so forth. I do wish they had a wider variety of partners at which our employees could redeem the vouchers, but I'm assuming more will be added in the future (hopefully). For the moment they serve their purpose and I think they're quite appreciated by the staff, plus it's really easy for me to order them online.
