I always opt for Lloyds as my pharmacist of choice. The staff are always so helpful and I find that if I go in with a particular complaint they do their best to really give me the best advice on not only treatment but on preventative measures too. I'm always thoroughly impressed with their customer service.

Now I'm older I don't get out so much so I've started buy from Lloyds online. Though I can no longer speak to anyone face to face I've found it easy and useful to use their Online Doctor facility and I'm very impressed. I'll be continuing to use Lloyds in the future and would recommend that anyone interested in high quality, personal care does too.

Lloyds Pharmacy have always been a familiar sight on the local highstreets around where I live. The customer service has always been completely out of this world - the staff are friendly and seem generally concern and eager to help. The pharmacists are always extremely professional and give you great advice, beyond the norm. I like the idea of going to a smaller chain for my pharmacy needs because you get brilliant one-to-one customer service, unlike in a lot of the larger chains, along with the range of brands which you may not find in an independent. When I moved away from any area with a Lloyds, I was most disappointed, and although it's not always convenient when you are ill and need treatment right away, I still tend to get most of my pharmacy needs with them online. The website is well laid out and easy to use, and shipping is quick! I'm loyal to Lloyds and haven't been let down by them yet.

I have spent hours trying to shop on this website today and have had my basket completely emptied on 3 occasions, the site has crashed 8 times and my checkout has taken 25 mins. Lloyds, you need to get your act together - why bother offering buy 1 get 2 free offers if your site can't cope with the traffic. A repeat fiasco of the April sale!!!

I’m a working mum, and I’m single, so I don’t have a lot of freetime to shop and get my personal needs met. I’ve always found most of my toiletries at Lloyds, so it made sense for me to continue doing so online when I found I had less time to get to the shops.
