Mamas and Papas Customer Reviews
My husband and I are expecting our first child in five month’s time and honestly it’s a bit overwhelming trying to decide on all of the essentials for the baby and nursery. Fellow mums in my neighborhood recommended shopping with Mamas & Papas and it did not disappoint.
I browsed with a friend at the location on Regent Street in London to get an idea of things I liked and inspect them in person, then went home and showed everything to my husband and we ordered them online. From the Baby Bjorn to our car seat, teethers and bottles, I was able to find everything we needed (although I left a few items for family and friends to purchase as gifts).
If I’m being critical the one thing they could improve is that the prices aren’t visible on the website until you actually click on an item, which is a bit annoying. Aside from this I appreciated the fresh, modern look of the site. It looks more like the website of a hip boutique than a kid’s store, which is fab. I also liked the gift finder section of the site, which made it easy for me to shop for my niece’s upcoming christening.
As a new mum I can use all the help I can get so Mamas and Papas is just great. Chose loads of things we needed, like the pram, baby snug seat, high chair, play gym, etc. Really liked the design of the site and how everything has sort of a modern style to it, not all silly pink and blue things with animals on them. Checkout was a breeze, and the whole shopping experience was really easy overall. I might have bought too many things, in fact, but that's alright because the baby needs them. Being pregnant is a brilliant excuse to shop, isn't it?
