Find the item you’re looking for

Use the navigation bar which runs along the top of the homepage to find what you’re after. You can search by animal or prescription to find your items as quickly as possible. Check out the homepage itself too as this is where you’ll find best sellers, featured items and the latest news.

Once you have found an item you would like to buy, click on to its product page for a little more info. If you like what you see simply select from any applicable options (such as size or quantity) and click the “Add to Basket” button. Your page will refresh. Click the “Basket” tab in the navigation bar to move on.

Get your paws on a promotional code

Now, in a new tab or window, open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/medic-animal and find a code you would like to use. Coax the code out by clicking the “view code and open site” button. Copy the code when it becomes visible.

Apply the code to your shopping basket

Back at Medic Animal you should now be able to see your Shopping Basket. In the “Special Offers” box at the top of the page you should be able to see a field labeled “Promotion/Coupon Codes”. Paste the code you copied into that field and click to add it. Your basket will refresh and you will be able to see your updated order total. Click “Continue Checkout” to pay for your items.

Register some details with Medic Animal

On the next page under the “New Customer” heading, click the “Register Now” button. Go through the form that appears carefully filling in your contact details. Click to save. On the next page, click the “New Address” button and complete your delivery details in the form that appears. Click to save. Click the button to “Continue Checkout”. Check that your shipping option is correct. Click to “Continue Checkout”.

Pay and complete your order

When you reach the payment page complete the payment form carefully with your card details. Add a different billing address if necessary by clicking the “Create New Billing Address” button. Click the “Save and Pay with this Card” button. The final page will allow you to look over your order details once more. If everything is correct, click to place your order. Your payment will be verified and you will be forwarded to a confirmation page. Congratulations, your order is complete!

    Medic Animal is a really great source of pet supplies and medicines. I adore my cat but she's been costing me an absolute fortune in medical expenses. A friend put me on to Medic Animal and they really do provide the best prices around, plus a huge range of products. I can't speak for anything other than the cat selection but there really are hundreds of products and all at prices much lower than I've seen at my vet or on other websites. The free delivery is a great bonus too. The website makes things more affordable and more convenient for me and for that I am (and Claudia my cat is too) very grateful. A great place for pet owners to shop.

    Started ordering my Frontline Spot On from Medic Animal earlier this year and I've been really pleased with their service and prices. The delivery is free, and when the wrong dosage came once, they quickly amended the issue and sent me the proper one.
