Lovely clothes here to flatter smaller women like me. I'm in my early 50's and I think the styles are fantastic and age appropriate, but I suppose if you were of the younger sort they might not always be the most 'fashion forward." That being said they do have some more up to date things as well, and I got a gorgeous red dress with some layered panels on the bottom, and a matching fascinator to go with it. They always have a nice selection of occasionwear and workwear, I especially go for the jackets as it's hard to find one that fits in the shoulders when you're petite. I recently bought a chocolate leather jacket and can't wait to wear it! My only gripe is I wish they had a larger selection, but other than that I do enjoy shopping on their site and the delivery is speedy.

At 4ft11 I find it pretty hard to shop in average high street stores. Petite ranges in some shops are ok but not all shops have them and even then they don't seem to cater to people as small as I am. It's difficult to get pieces to fit and I often find myself having to compromise on other elements like style or price just to get something that doesn't make me look like a child dressing up. That's why I was really pleased to find Minuet Petite. I won't lie and say it's all to my taste but it's nice to be able to get some stylish and good quality items that fit well and feel like they are tailored to me. Although the prices are relatively high and the stock is not terribly varied, there is still a lot to choose from and I think that, for me, the prices are worth it for the cut. The no returns policy really encouraged me to buy because I knew I could return everything I ordered without it costing me more if I needed to. When my package arrived though I was really happy that it all fit like a glove. Im very happy with what I ordered but I think because of the price I may have to limited my buys to special occasions. Still would definitely recommend it for shorter women though.
