Novatech Direct Customer Reviews
Although the site was a bit difficult to navigate, I was able to find a good deal on a new laptop for my son. Our old computer was just too slow for him to use, so we upgraded to a new model. Going in the shops and having salesmen over your shoulder is intimidating, so I preferred to do the research online. I browsed through a few different models on their site and then ended up buying the nspire 2310 Plus. Was really pleased with their service - the delivery was free and it arrived the next day! So far the laptop is brilliant, and I appreciate that they have lifetime technical support.
I was looking to upgrade our old desktop PC and looked through the models they had available on Novatech's site. With the drop down menu, I thought I'd be seeing different models in each range, but found out that there really were only 8 total PCs in the home computing range on the entire site. I have to say I wasn't thrilled with the selection. The prices, I admit, were good but I decided to look elsewhere for a better variety. There's nothing wrong with Novatech, but I didn't want to feel as if I was stuck buying a particular computer only because that's all they had to offer me.
