Use the menu bar at the top of the homepage to select the category you’re after. Clicking the link will take you to a category page where you can use the menu bar on the left of the page to select from the options available.

Once you have found an item you like the look of, click on to its product page for a little more information. If you decide you would like to buy the item, select from any applicable options (such as colour and size) and click the “Add to Basket” button. A box will pop out from the top right corner of site, click the “View Basket/Checkout” button to move on.

You will now be able to see the “My Basket” screen at O’Neill. Now, in a new tab or window, open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/oneill and find the code you would like to use. Reveal the code by clicking the “view code and open site” button. Copy the code when it appears.

Back at O’Neill, find the box titled “Coupon Code” just above your “Total Cost”. Paste the code you copied into that box and click the “Add” button. Your basket will refresh and your total should be visible deducted. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to move forward.

A box will now pop-up. Under the “I don’t have an account” heading, enter some details where prompted. Hit the “Register” button when you’re done. Next, you’ll need to complete another form, this time in relation to your delivery details. Select your delivery option at the bottom of the page and click to continue. You’ll be given one last chance to look over your order before moving on to payment. Make sure everything is correct and click to continue.

Select your payment method from the list available and hit the “Complete Payment” button after agreeing to the Ts&Cs. You will be forwarded to a secure checkout where you can input your payment details. Once these have been submitted and verified you will be forwarded to confirmation page. Congratulations, your order is complete!
