Readers Digest Customer Reviews

Fans of Readers Digest will be happy here

This site is brilliant. It’s hosted by the world-famous magazine, but it offers much more than mere subscriptions – though you can get those too (for you and as gifts). I was able find some really great gifts for upcoming birthdays here. The Best of British link takes you to quintessential British collections like the books about the wars, the coastline, DVD series, etc. If you have a loved one who’s a fan of the magazine, they’ll love anything you can find for them here. Check it out.

Sorting my subscription was easy as 1, 2, 3

I have been reading Readers Digest for years and look forward to each issue. I never knew I could subscribe online until it just came up for renewal, and now I'm going to pay this way from now on! Granted it took a few clicks to find the part where you manage the subscription, but once I got there it was really fast. I'll be back on their site to browse through more of the articles and jokes soon!

Shopping Tips for Readers Digest

Offers and deals for you

Free delivery

Whenever you spend more than £33 on the Readers Digest website, your order will be delivered free of charge within the UK. If you spend any less than this, you’ll have to pay for delivery – shipping charges will be calculated according to what you’re buying. With this in mind, if you normally place several small orders throughout the year, it might be worth saving up and placing fewer larger orders which add up to £33+ each, so you end up spending less on delivery throughout the year.

Free returns

If you’re not 100% happy something you bought from the Readers Digest website you can return it free of charge for a full refund. To get your money back, package up your unwanted item with its original wrapping and post it to the Freepost address provided under the ‘returns’ section on the Readers Digest website. As long as you return unwanted item in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt, you’ll get a full refund within 30 days of Readers Digest receiving your package. Unfortunately, books cannot be returned for free. If you need to return any books, you’ll have to send them to the non-Freepost address and pay to post them.

Extra money saving tips

Sign up for the newsletter

Want to bag yourself a £200 gift voucher to spend on the Readers Digest online shop? Then make sure you sign up for the newsletter. When you subscribe, you’ll be the first to know about new products and will never miss out on special offers and flash sales, thanks to the promotional emails which will regularly land in your inbox. By signing up, you’ll also be entered into a monthly prize draw for the chance to win a £200 Readers Digest gift voucher. If you only signed up for the gift voucher and don’t want to be bothered with regular emails, you can cancel your subscription as soon as this month’s winner has been drawn by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link found in the footer of each email.

Pay with direct debit

If you’re looking for the cheapest way to get a Readers Digest subscription, you’ll definitely want to pay for it via direct debit. By paying for your subscription via direct debit instead of PayPal, you’ll save a couple of pounds each year. A £2 saving might not sound like much, but it’s better than nothing!
