Scotts of Stow Discount Codes and Promotional Codes 2012

On 21 October I ordered a kitchen bin (£72) from Scotts of Stow. It arrived 2 weeks later with one side missing. I rang and was told that within two weeks I would receive the missing side. Two weeks passed - I rang several times and kept being told it would arrive. The supervisor would not speak to me so no support for her customer service agent who was very nice. After waiting 4 weeks for the missing side, I was eventually told by the supervisor that I'd been misinformed - it is not possible to send out missing bits of an order. So on 7 December they ordered me another kitchen bin. I was promised this bin between 14 and 16 December. They wanted to send me vouchers as compensation but I would not buy anything else from Scotts of Stow if it was the last company left standing. I asked for money off the bin and received a cheque for £25 with a letter that did not apologise, as far as they were concerned they were sending me a refund and expecting me to buy stuff from them in the future! Apparently there is nothing they can do to contact their suppliers, they do not treat a customer with an unsatisfactory order as a priority. Customer Service advisors give out wrong information. The supervisor was unavailable even when she had just spoken to her advisor. When she said she'd phone me back, she didn't, I phoned and she said she was just about to phone. This lack of concern for customers is truly amazing. I phoned again on 16 December because it still hadn't arrived and was told by another customer service advisor that I shouldn't have been told to expect it on that day. Unbelievable. It arrived on 20 December and several of the screw things broke as we were putting it together. The quality of their products is very poor. Never use this terrible company.
