Stauer Customer Reviews
I recently ordered the Stauer Machina Watch as a gift for my dad and was really pleased with the watch. My dad collects watches so my sister and I wanted to find something unique, as he owns over 50 of them. This particular style has the interworkings and gears exposed and looks almost like an art piece. I thought the pricing wasn't bad at £200 and it had a nice guarantee in case anything broke. I also like that you can download the instruction manual online, as my dad lost his and was all out of sorts about it. Luckily we went on the site and in a couple of clicks the PDF came up so dad was happy.
My wife has been after a pair of emerald earrings for years, but they're so expensive. I spotted this pair of lab created emeralds on the Stauer homepage and although they were still £199 (at a discount) they look just like the real thing. Then I realised that they weren't even real gold, they were silver layered with gold on top. Honestly I wasn't going to pay 200 quid for that! Instead I typed "emerald" in the search box and went through the other options, and eventually chose the raw emerald "Carnaval" earrings in sterling. They might not be faceted but at least they're real, and I was happy with the £129 price tag.
