Superdrug Customer Reviews
Have got the new Beauty Card, have attempted to register on Line. Am i being thick ? can't get the Link. Back to good old postal service !!
Have never been a frequent shopper at Superdrug with the Boots advantage card, good idea to save for Xmas, now with Superdrug offering a better card guess where I will be going, If i can get my card registered that is !!
I typically go to the Superdrug in Marble Arch but when I'm feeling a bit lazy or they're having an offer I'll order from the website. I think their prices are fairly competitive and their beauty card lets me rack up more points for every pound spent online, so if I have to buy make up I nearly always buy it from the site in order to get more points. As for the beauty card the link is right on the home page to register and it took about a minute to get it sorted (not sure what previous reviewer was talking about!) Delivery is free over 25 quid and I could spend that in about a second, so at least I don't have to pay extra for delivery...otherwise it would make more sense to just shop in the store.
Love shopping with Superdrug, I hate to go into the stores when I don't have to, especially during the festive season. Just ordered loads of things for Christmas (candy canes, chocolates, beauty sets for gifts), a few beauty things for myself like mascara and shampoo. They had a 3 for 2 on some gifts, so I took care of my sisters, niece and a few friends with nail polish/lip gloss sets and so forth. I was also well chuffed to receive the Accessorize gift set (I think you had to spend £40 to get it) so that was a nice little extra. Got some more points on my beauty card which is great, and I know everything will come in the post quickly (free delivery!)
I usually always use my local superdrug store in Queensway. Today I went into the larger store in Marble Arch, and it was very busy. I purchased four(4) items. I later found that I had been overcharged by 0.48pence, for an item that was clearly marked.
I have the receipt and thank goodness I used my loyalty card so that cross references can be made. I am very pleased that the person that served me was very polite but unfortunitely made a mistake.
I’ll admit to being lazy when it comes to hitting the shops, so I do most of my shopping online and love Superdrug for makeup, medicine etc. Was excited to see the fragrance sale since I’d been wanting to give my boyfriend some nice cologne for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one I wanted, but I spotted the Beckham fragrance and thought it would do the trick. Hopefully it smells nice as well, because ordering online you really can’t tell, of course ☺ Looking forward to my parcel arriving and hopefully it will come Monday as expected.
