How to use Body Shop Promotional Codes
Visit the Body Shop
You love the products but that store is a little too far away. Or you want to ensure you get a sense for the full range of products. Or you simply want the ease of ordering from your sitting room. Either way, visit the Body Shop and find all your favourite skin care and bath and body products today.
Click on the top navigation categories to be drawn into the site. For example, when you click on bath & body, you’re taken to a page filled with left-hand navigation choices that will take you to the full range of products in that subset. Enjoy browsing. When you see an item you want to purchase, click on “buy now” below the item or click on the item itself to open a more detailed description page. You can then click on the size and quantity you want and then click on “buy now”.
Did you get everything you need?
When you’re finished shopping, be sure to click on “View basket” – which is placed just below the top navigation line. It’s a bit easy to miss as the print is extra small, so look carefully. Review the items in your basket, checking for accuracy.

Body Shop Customer Reviews
I was really hesitant to use The Body Shop online because I so love going into the store. The colours, textures, smells -- everything about the store is wonderful, as far as I’m concerned. But I needed to order some gifts for friends, and I didn’t have time to get to town. My closest Body Shop is about 25 miles away, so sometimes practicalities reign. The website disappointed me slightly. I was hoping to have the same or a similar feeling to what I have when I walk into the shop, but that was not the case. The colours, the greens and pastels, are similar, but the overwhelming displays and ranges of products that hit you in the store are not there on the homepage. Instead, you must select each range and delve further into the site to get images of desired products. This is a site you’ll enjoy if you know exactly what you want, but it’s not so good for first-time Body Shop shoppers. Luckily, I know the shop, and I know they do great gift sets. It’s the same online. There’s a section called “gifts” and you can pick your price range and select from a multitude of scents/creams/etc. I have two girlfriends who are turning 40 this year, so I picked out the Natrulift Skincare Kit as well as some bath goodies for them. Truth be told, I ordered one for myself too, and I love it. The ordering was easy, the shipping was only £3.49, and I got the purchase quickly and easily. The website is no substitute for the look and feel of the store, but it’s an easy alternative for those without time on their hands.
My niece turned 13 this past weekend and I hadn’t a clue as to what to buy her. Luckily my sister filled me in that she loves The Body Shop so I went on the website and the gift was sorted within a few minutes.
Fortunately for blokes like me there is a section of the site labeled gifts so it’s fairly idiot proof. I browsed in the 25 pound and under section since Uncle Colin is on a budget and wound up buying the Love Etc. gift set with two fragrance sprays and a smelly lotion. Shipping was free with my promotion code, so that was a nice bonus.
The gift arrived within five business days so just in time for the party. It looked quite nice in the gift box with hearts on it so I didn’t even need to buy wrapping paper. Believe me, you don’t want to see me wrap a gift! My niece loved the sprays and walks around reeking of perfume all day now so it seems like my first Body Shop experience was a success. I’ll shop again when I have another gift to buy for the ladies in my life.
I tried out the olive body scrub after a friend suggested the one she uses from The Body Shop. I'd never shopped with them before, only browsed when I was with friends - but have heard good things about their products. I think they are a bit too pricey most of the time but my dry skin was really bothering me, so I tried out the scrub. Honestly I was a bit peeved at having to pay for delivery, but the nearest Body Shop store is a chore to get to from my house, so I swallowed my annoyance and just ordered it. It was a really nice scent, and did the job it's supposed to do. But will I order it again at £12.50 for a smallish tub? Probably not.
My sisters and I always give each other a small gift on Valentine's and since I’m on a student budget this year I was dreading it. Luckily The Body Shop had some really cute little things and their site was quite helpful. I love all the pretty images and it makes me want to buy more – sigh! I was able to get each of them a chocomania body butter for 9 quid, thanks to the introductory offer that I spotted on the homepage. Brill! I can’t wait to give it to them.
I love shopping with the Body Shop and I've been shopping online with them for about a year now. The products are such high quality and cruelty free is an absolute necessity for me so I really love to shop with brands that embrace it. The website is very pretty and something on the homepage always catches my eye when I log on. The codes, offers and sales are so frequent that I barely ever pay full price for my items. The items also get delivered through a courier and that makes it a lot easier to fit in delivery around work instead of having to go to the Post Office to pick it up at inconvenient times.
The new Lily Cole collection is really stand out for me as I am paled skinned like her and the colours are just gorgeous for colour as well as staying true to the Body Shop quality. Like I said, I love Body Shop and I've been shopping with them for years. I have absolutely no complaints about the service their website provides. I'll be shopping there for a long time to come!
