order never arrived, don't buy, 25 May 2011Review by Andrea SrajI have ordered and paid almost £50 for a perfume on The Perfume Superstore on the 29th April. The perfume did not arrive and after 2 weeks I have sent them an email, no response.Then I sent them an email again, which was responded like: your order was stopped by mistake, but we will send it today.
After a new week gone, I sent them an email again, the response: when we wanted to make your order to dispatch, we realised that there was no more parfume on the shelves. They offered a refund, which I accepted, but since that again nothing. It's the 25th May today. Isn't it a shame?
Don't order from them in case you don't want to pay for nothing!!!!
