Thomas Cook Customer Reviews
I've been a long time Thomas Cook customer and their website is typically the first place I go when trying to get my holiday details sorted. They always have their special offers right on the home page which is nice since some other sites bury them in a tab and you have to go searching for them. I like to know what's on offer so I can make a decision that way, since I don't always have a destination settled. Its great that you don't have to put in a destination to search for a holiday, you can just put in the dates and "any destination," this way I can see what's cheap and go from there.
My partner and I decided to go on vacation VERY last minute (as in next week) and doing a quick search we saw some fantastic deals to Corfu and decided to give it a go. For 499 total we are going to Corfu including the flight, hotel and resort transfer for a week!!
My wife and I decided to take advantage of the £75 off ski holidays offer and booked ourselves a nice little holiday to Austria in January. Usually we go the beaches and sun route for our winter escape, but I thought we'd try something a bit different. The one thing that was annoying was when I tried to click on the image for Austria on the ski holidays page, it didn't take me anywhere. Then when I clicked on the link for "4 star Austria" it showed 2 star properties in Andorra. I had to go and manually type the city in the search box and find a deal that way. We wound up choosing Hotel Post, which looks lovely. I'll continue to book holidays with Thomas Cook, but wish they'd check the links on their site to make sure everything is easy and user friendly.
