Decent option if you don't plan to go into a city, 06 Jul 2011Review by Alicia B.Staying in a mobile home was probably the last thing I ever imagined I would do on holiday but my in laws suggested staying at a Thomson Al Fresco property near Rome after they had a great time with their elderly friends at one in Brittany. The prices were definitely reasonable and after some convincing I decided to go ahead and take a gamble. I booked everything on their website and it was fairly simple to get everything sorted. The parc itself was outside of the city which if you like quiet, is nice, but it also meant hiring a car and driving to a train station to do any sight seeing, which in mind added more stress than it was worth. Looking back we had loads of fun together but would I do it again? Probably not.
