My first impression on their website was that it was a bit gimmicky, although I have to admit the moving clouds and such in the background are clever. There was a compass advertising a virtual campsite tour so I clicked on it, but it was just a movie of people doing family-type activities and clicking on the various images only took you to more staged videos of attractive families camping. All I wanted to do was book a holiday! Finally I found where to go to book rooms, and there was a section that listed camping holidays available last minute due to cancellations. I clicked there but it was just a basic text list, with no photos or any sort of information. After the overly-designed homepage I was expecting something a bit more descriptive, and it was hard to find where to go to actually get the info on the property itself.

Eventually I located the campground in France I was after and there were plenty of photos and the price was reasonable, so I wound up booking our holiday there. It was quite complicated to get through the site though, and I'm hoping they'll do something to amend it moving forward.
