Viagogo Promotional Codes and Discount Codes 2012

I recently purchased several pairs of event tickets through Viagogo. I started using it because the website was very nicely laid out. As soon as I logged on I could see the most popular or newly released gigs on offer and that made things like tickets for my sons and daughter easy to find. I also liked that I could search by venue. As I've mentioned I often buy for my children and if I'm not sure what to do for a birthday, Christmas or well done present I can log on and see what's going on in my area without having to do too much work to find out what they might like. Previously, the ordering process has been very straight forward, easy to understand and the email customer service very good. However, recently, as with many tours and concerts, there's often a rush when tickets get released. I'd logged on early in the morning to buy tickets for a specific band I know my son wanted to see. However when it came to the ticket release and purchase the site was obviously overloaded by the traffic and crashed. Constant refreshing led to frustration and I'm afraid to say I didn't have the patience to keep trying. Because of this I, and my son, missed out on tickets. I do understand though that this is a common problem when buying tickets online, so I don't hold it against them too much. Excellent website apart from that.

I hadn't planned on going to any festivals this year due to money concerns, but when my new boyfriend offered to treat, I found myself scrambling to find us tickets for the V Festival next weekend. Everywhere I looked was sold out. Luckily I went on Viagogo and they had loads of them for sale. Whilst I think we paid a bit more than the face value, we quickly found a pair for the 20th and now I'm really excited about the show. I've never sold tickets on here, but next time I need to I'll definitely give them a go.
