Really great flight from London to LA, 24 Jan 2012Review by Kimberly WangI was sent to Los Angeles for a business trip (exciting) so I booked my fare straightaway on Virgin's site. I've flown with them w/ great success on several trips and never had an issue. I nearly always book from their site, as it has the lowest fares and it's just easier for me to go from the source. Plus, they often run offers on their site so you might find a good deal. No complaints here on the service or the flight - although it's a long trip to endure, they did a lot to ensure we were comfortable. Luckily the company allowed for upper class so I got to use the club lounge which is BRILLIANT! You feel like a star from the time you check in until landing and the full bed seat definitely helps. Couldn't say enough great things about them.

Not so impressed with Virgin Atlantic, 17 Oct 2011Review by B BadeshaLast couple of times I've flown with Virgin I've been very disappointed with the service. Tatty interiors on the planes, broken entertainment screens, running out of food selection and being forced to eat whatever was left, huge queues at check-in, allowing passengers to book seats online only to find that seats have been rebooked to someone else at the airport. Take-off delays up to 60mins at Heathrow. :-(

Best flight of my life on Virgin, 05 Jul 2011Review by Jasper PuttockFantastic experience flying from London to Newark last week. This was my 1st time flying with Virgin and I have to say I was impressed. I browsed through a few travel sites looking at fares and since they were fairly close in price I decided to go for comfort and amenities since I have friends who always rave about Virgin Atlantic when they travel. I booked directly from the Virgin site and found that their fare was even lower than on the other travel site, due to a special offer. The experience in the cabin was great, and I was only flying economy so I cannot imagine how they treat the people in business! All of the extras that other airlines have taken away are there with Virgin, and the food was even good. Will def fly again with Virgin Atlantic.
