Everyone deserves a bit of high fashion, 02 Aug 2011Review by JessicaI love that I find real designer wear here. This summer I really wanted some flash sunglasses. Whilst looking here, I happened to find the Vintage collection, and I fell in love with a pair of Jackie O-style sunglasses. They were on offer for just under £100, so I scooped them up, and I’m so glad I did. They look fab. Now I’ve got my eye on a See By Chloe dress and one by Alice San Diego. The problem with haut fashion is it comes at haut prices. So I need to save a few more pennies before I order either or both. Great site, though. I love shopping here.

When you can't spend £1,000 on an outfit, this is the place to check, 28 Jul 2011Review by RebeccaThey have some fantastic bargains, although like others have commented the size selection is quite limited as for clothing/shoes. If you're lucky you can find something in your size, but the hunt is worth it if you can find something like a Pucci jacket for £200. They have some really gorgeous bags and jewellery as well, so it's definitely a good place to check for designer finds at realistic prices.

Sometimes you need to splurge on a good label, 18 Jul 2011Review by Serena BNormally I don’t go in for huge fashion names, because I feel like the downside of the prices outweighs the benefits, but with Alexander McQueen I hesitate. I love his clothing lines. Here at Yoox I can sometimes find fantastic deals. Just yesterday I found a McQ dress on sale for just around £115, and they luckily still had my size. That’s the only problem with high fashion and outlets like this – they don’t come in all the sizes, and there isn’t a huge quantity. Course, it also means you get to wear a dress you’re not likely to see on anyone else, which is worth a bit of extra dosh. Thanks Yoox, you make fashion make sense for me.

Everyone deserves to own a designer label, 28 Jun 2011Review by Judy FitchIf you’re high on fashion and can’t get enough of the labels, you’ll want to check out Yoox. I was amazed by how good the prices were for Steve McQueen dresses. Unbelievable. The site doesn’t have all the sizes you might like. It is high fashion, after all, but if you look regularly you’re bound to find something to fit and at a good price. And you’ll get to walk down the street looking down your nose at all the High Street outfits on the rest of the pedestrians. ;)
