I started shopping with Zalando a little over 6 months ago when I switched the majority of my buying to online stores. What attracted me at first was the free shipping service, as well as the free returns should anything not be quite right. As a young stay-at-home mum of two I'm pretty spending savvy so tend to only shop with stores with cost saving measures like these. I was also pretty quick to notice the frequency of codes and sales that Zalando offer and if I save up my purchases I can generally save myself from paying full price for an item. Obviously, I started with shoes when buying from Zalando because that's what they're known for and all I thought they sold. When I logged on I was thrilled to find that they stock clothing and sportswear for not only women but men and kids too, meaning I could shop there for all the family and make savings not just when I was shopping for me alone. I bought a pair of shoes for myself first, they came within 5 days and I was really pleased with how quick the checkout was. Within weeks I logged back on and bought myself some clothes and some shoes for my baby. Those too came on the fifth day after ordering and I was again pleased with the service. Since then I have ordered another 3 or 4 times and never once run into a problem. My favourite items are actually clothing not shoes from Zalando so I would urge shoppers to have a good look around when they log on.

Everything you can possibly imagine and in every size is right here, waiting for you to get online and share in heavenly, shoe-claden bliss. I’ve been ordering from Zalando for a little over a year now, and I can’t find a single bad thing about them. I can easily find shoes in my style, price range and size, and it’s down to the effectiveness of this site.

I’ve seen the boxes at the post office before that say “Zalando” and now I finally know what they are: Shoes, shoes and more glorious shoes. This site caters for small and big feet, and it does so in every possible style. I love it here. Now I know why I keep seeing those boxes at the post office – everyone’s ordering shoes from them. Including me.

I love shoes. Love them. But I have so much trouble finding cute shoes in a size 9. At Zalando, however, I’ve been able to find really trendy shoes in my size so easily. You can search by size, colour, brand, etc., which makes finding that special pair really easy. They also offer free shipping and free return shipping in case you’ve ordered the wrong size. It’s brilliant!

Let me start out by saying that I never buy shoes online. However, my wife was ordering sandals from Zalando and asked if I wanted to browse for new trainers since I had mentioned that mine were worn out. When she told me that they had free return shipping I figured it couldn’t hurt to try.

I wound up getting the Merrell Primet Lace trainers. I’d seen them in a store and liked the colour scheme so I took a risk and we ordered them. They had loads of other trainers as well but I ultimately went with the ones I knew I'd like in person. I was surprised when the shoes arrived on our doorstep two days later. My wife’s sandals were fine and while the trainers were quite nice, they were too small. We packed them back up and went online to print out the return label. The process was fairly quick and you could also search for the nearest shop to drop off the package, which turned up near my office. Within three days I had the shoes in the next size up, which fit perfectly.

I’m not sure I’ll shop for shoes online again, knowing I could pop in a shoe store and have them immediately, but the process was easy enough with Zalando so I can’t fault them for that.
