Arena Flowers Customer Reviews

Arena Flowers came through for my mum's bday

With my mum’s birthday on Friday I was in a bind as I totally forgot about her day and hadn’t bought a present yet. With work obligations there was no way I’d have time to pop into a store and search around for a gift so I went to the Arena Flowers site. Luckily they had the website arranged in a way that really made sense and by simply clicking on the birthday gifts section I found a “birthday girl” bouquet set on sale with a box of lovely Prestat chocolates to go with and a helium balloon. I was able to take advantage of free delivery which was great.

The checkout process was fairly simple although I thought it was odd you had to actually pay to choose a specific time range or delivery (if they deliver between 8 and 6 there was no additional cost). Whilst checking out there was a notes area to instruct if you wanted them left with a neighbor, which I suppose would come in handy if you were delivering to someone who worked during the day. Overall very pleased with the experience shopping at Arena Flowers.com and will buy again when I’m in need of flowers.
